Cécile Geiger’s work is rooted in a contemporary approach to metal sculpture, shaped entirely by hand. Inspired by minerality and free forms, she allows the raw material and the trace of the gesture to remain visible.
By shaping steel through bending, cutting, and welding, then polishing it to achieve luminous reflections or transforming its surfaces through rust, blue heat treatments, and black hematite patina, Cécile creates abstract forms that are both harmonious and complex.
Her works, unique pieces or small series, engage with space and reflect a sustainable, responsible approach to metal. They combine sculptural strength, mineral poetry, and environmental awareness.
